Position Summary

The Lead Person is responsible for assisting local leadership with daily operations expectations in the underground mine. This includes solving basic issues, safety compliance, training and the ability to cover positions within their scope of responsibility.


  • Position will be awarded based on experience - Undergound Mining Experience Preferred
  • Work safely, be observant, and be a good Wingman at all times.
  • Perform standard office duties, plant duties and operate mobile equipment
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision and communicate well with others
  • Properly inspect equipment, identify operational and safety issues, and make minor repairs as needed.
  • Complete all daily production, safety and maintenance reports accurately

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
